Team India

Hey guys. I think India is one of the stronger teams in the competition. Our batting is strong, our bowling is competitive and the fielding is sharp. We are missing a few players here and there, but given the way Nayar performed, we can take a cue from this that the young guns are gonna push for permanency in the team. There are gonna be some strong cases put forward by Nayar, Kohli, Nehra and Karthik in the team.

Lets be positive and play good, aggressive cricket. The cup is ours for the taking :)
 
Can`t wait for tomorrow`s game. Whether or not teams like England care about this event, you`ll see an intensity tomorrow which will not be short of any world cup game.

I hope that the wicket for tomorrow is one which helps seamers. That would bring our seamers into play and even though Pakistan have the better seam attack, that might just level things a bit. Still, Pakistan surely start as favorites for tomorrow.

I`d place more trust on our batting pulling through on a green wicket than our bowling to deliver on a flat deck.
 
If it's a green deck, Pakistan definitely have the advantage. All their bowlers are in form and firing, whereas ours....I'd rather not say.

Dude it's the opposite. Our bowlers will pwn them on a green track. Sloggers like Afridi, Nazir and Akmal to a certain extent wont last long on a green track. You saw how "treacherous" tonge did against them. If we bat on a similar track like Saf vs sl match then forget it, the likes of afridi and ajmal will bog us down. Our safe bet is to play on a green pitch and you know how our bowlers are.
 
I disagree, aditya! A green deck would just play too much into Pakistan's hands. Their bowlers will absolutely destroy our batting on a green wicket. On the contrary if we get a flat wicket and post a good score, we have a good chance of putting pressure on Pakistan and win despite a mediocre bowling and fielding performance.

Waiting for tomorrow's game. After a long time, the match eve excitement for India-Pakistan is unbearable and heart racing. Might not sleep tonight coz I dont want to miss a ball by oversleeping. I dont care how India does in the tournament. Just want to watch good cricket from them and from this game.
