But based on my memory of Perth 1997 with Ambrose, i never was under the impression he was being deliberate. He certainly seemed to have honestly lost his footing & just kept continously bowling no-balls.

I can definitely hear Sanga saying the word hundred. Don't know what he said though. It would be good if a Lankan could answer. Anyway, they're investigating it and that's good. Sanga's "oh what, really?! " expression was quite laughable.

He said "Hey remember, if he gets a run, it's a hundred" or something along those lines according to our media channels who are currently reporting that Sanga was caught on audio 'clearly instructing' Randiv to bowl a no-ball. If, and there's a big if as I don't trust our channels one bit, that turns out to be the truth, then it's quite an unsportsmanlike behaviour coming from a team's captain who feigned utter ignorance about this matter at the press conference.

1st he is asking them to bowl no balls, then he is lying, saying he knows nothing about this, and lying for the players "it was not deliberate".

There is no matter of getting a word 100 from his mouth with some other meaning in that situation.
