I've heard that but I've hardly had to call them up about anything. The one time I've called I've got through after just one song (Crowded House) so wasn't too bad. The person was so helpful. Sometimes it depends on who you get.

I did a speedtest on my iphone using 3G and got a ping of 299ms, download of 0.15mbps and upload of 0.09mbps lol

You sure you've got 3G? That's more like GPRS/EDGE speeds.

Yea it had the 3G symbol in the corner and stuff.

If it's that slow, you can inquire about this from your operator..

It doesn't really bother me since I only have 50MB per month anyway

Oh, then it's probably better it's slow, cause the faster you are, more you download

haha yea exactly All I use it for mostly is to check my email, check the weather forecast or check facebook.

Also it may depend on where you are in Auckland. The closer you are to the city, the better it usually is.
