Gosh I hate Slingshot. My speed just plummeted when the new month rolled around. I can't even load the speedtest site and when it does load, I get a blistering 0.05 Mb/s download.

Did you go over the monthly download limit? Even in Australia, companies put their customers on dialup speed if that happens.

And with Mumbai as a server, also it is quite slow. It used to run fast before. Dunno what's happened now. The internet is also running a bit slow

I think he said it was the start of the new month so it shouldn't be that slow

But yea they put us to dialup too. Normally takes them a couple of days to do that so in those days you just get as much as you can

When you go over your data cap, my ISP automatically adds 3GB for $5.

My billing cycle starts anew on the 3rd of every month. It started playing up on the 7th. I thought I maybe my direct debit didn't go through but it did. Checked my physical connections, nothing wrong with them. Checked my SNR and line attenuation and they were fine. Firewall configurations haven't changed. I'm 100% certain that it's not a fault on my end.

I did netstat, tracert and pathping and sent those in a support ticket to my ISP. Now I have to wait for a thousand years for them to reply to me.

That's a great speed you've got there Iridium.
