Not the fastest.Fast maximum is 16 Mbps but unfortunately my area does not support it because of the distance between my house and the server.But yes i have a 4 Mbps plan which is really fast.Btw you are in MP?Thats a pretty developed area mate,verify with airtel,they must be having better plans.

Just upgraded the connection and it shows disappointing upload speed. Btw, are the results from speedtest.net reliable?

The most reliable one is the speedtest results mate.Even your ISP will use this to check.

Just cleared my temporary files. But still isn't 2 mbps as promised!!

Out of interest, what does ping and (<50ml) in those results indicate? Does it suggest a good or bad internet connection if you have more ping and (<50ml)? Any solutions to get the things run more smoothly?

Its mi and I guess that's miles, showing how close the server is. Ping tells how long does it take for a packet to reach the server from your computer.
