First time SpeedTest after i changed a new modem.Though i dont see much change,obviously in this result,the download speed i get for some standard files have some difference.

Lol I lost track of the number of people who have said that Teletalk 3G sucks. I feel bad for Grameenphone (Telenor) cos they can't have license. The only reason Teletalk has it is cos it's Govt. property. Grameenphone could've provided a much better network and cheaper plans than the ridiculous ones by Teletalk.

@Neer, I recommend you get a WiMax connection. Wired "broadband" connections here aren't that reliable (with the exception of Link3).

I had Teletalk 3g. Suddenly, it is giving less speed than broadband. That's why I got rid of it.

I have to pay 1000 tk per month for broadband.

The slower than 78% of BD thing is a complete joke. Most people with internet in Bangladesh can't even load the SpeedTest site properly I'm sure.

Actually i thought only Tamil Nadu, India has the worst broadband speed.

I don't remember how long it was but once abhas posted his university internet speed; which was around 500mb/s !

Then Abhas might be studying in an university abroad. I have never heard of such a speed in India.

The best speed available in India is ??

I think its somewhere near 15 Mbps or something, havent seen anything more. In Chennai its not even 5 Mbps atleast from what i know.
