After a disappointing Ashes tour, ECB has decided to incorporate many changes in the England Cricket Team. They have sacked the coach Giles and have signed a person named Lee Everett as their coach. He will also be an instrumental part of the Selection Committee. It remains to be seen how far he can take the team.
