Its finally all over . After 98 overs of rivetting cricket where the fortunes have swung both ways, India have beatn England by 3 runs in th Game 8 of the Natwest Pentangular . What a contest we have witnessed ! An absolutely thrilling contest where England looked the favorites going into the last 10 overs but India showed why they are on top of the team standings in this tournament ! Laxmipathy Balaji who got the wickt of Trescothic early on was the star in the end . He bowled straight and tight giving away just 4 of the last over . He and Irfan Pathan showed us the form which made them household names when India toured Pakistan in 2004 .

Bob Willis : Hello and welcome to the presentation ceremony of the 8th match of the Natwest Pentangular . We have witnessed a nailbiting ODI ,one of the best ever played in England . In the end, India were better under pressure .

Michael Vaughan : Ya , Bob . India played better cricket under pressure . I thought we should have won this one quite easily after our position in the 40th ovr . I thought we played poor cricket in the end but full credit to India . Geraint played superbly and he and Freddy put us on top but unfortunately we could not capitalize .

Dravid : Yes , certainly too close . I fear, I would not be able to take another one of this kind ! Bala and Irfan bowled superbly and got us wickets whenever we needed them . Especially the last over was a special one . I hope we continue in this way .

Bob : Still to lose a game in this series. Looking forward to the finals ?

Dravid : Its a long time to go before th finals . Still 3 more matches . We`ll try and win those first .
