Press Conference

-------------------------------Press Conference with Rahul Dravid----------------------------------------::
Reporter: Rahul, 4 wins and a tie out of 5 played so far . Happy with the performance so far ?
Dravid : Yes , quite satisfied . We came here with some pressure on us after the home series defeat against Pakistan and we are happy that we have started off well here . Our job is not done yet . We are here to win this tournament .

Reporter : How is Sehwag`s injury now ?
Dravid : He has shown a great deal of improvement and has more than a wk to go before our next match . Iam sure he`ll be fit for the next one .

Reporter : Since India are almost sure of a berth in the finals, which other team do you expect to see in the finals ?
Dravid : At th moment , nothing can be said . More than half the tournament is left to be played and there is very little separating th teams ATM .

Reporter : What was your gut feeling when England needed just about 50 runs from the last 10 overs with 5 wickets in hand ?
Dravid : We always knew that if we got Geraint Jones out , we always stood a chance . Irfan got us 3 important wickets and the one of Jones was very crucial and Balaji bowled outstandingly well in the last over . Not to forget 3 superb overs by Yuvraj and Sourav which kept us in the hunt !

Reporter : A week off and India will not feature in the next 8 games . Time for some sight-seing in Europe !
Dravid : Yes, we have decided to take some time off before the next game . Europe is a beautiful place . Most of the guys have been to England before and know the place quite well but our mind will stay focused on the task ahead .

Reporter : Thank you Rahul .
