The Simpsons

I wouldn't say all 100 have been MOD EDIT will. They still have some simpsons moments,I'd rather watch that than most things but its worse than scrubs and south park imo,not many other comedy shows i can think of though

The Simpsons are great! I have seasons 4,5,6,7 and 8 :)
I like all the episodes (all though after season 8 some were not as good) but my favourite would have to be Itchy and Scratchy Land

This is one of the scenes i like best............

Secrets of a Succesfull Marriage

At Lenny's house, Homer, Lenny, Carl, Barney and Moe are playing poker

Lenny: You want another card or not?
Homer: Huh? Oh, OK. I'll take three. [Moe deals them] D'oh! D'oh!
D'oh! I mean...woo hoo.
Moe : I'm in. [tosses a chip into the pot] Let's see your cards.
Homer: Oh, I was bluffing. [shows them]
Moe : Ha ha. Come to papa -- wait a minute! You have a straight
flush, Homer! You do this every time, you -- oh, you -- oh!
Gah! I'm choking on my own rage here.
Carl : Hey, don't yell at Homer. Just 'cause he's a little slow...
[Homer gasps]
Brain: Something was said...not good. What was it?
"Don't yell at Homer!" No, that's OK. What was it? ...Slow!
They called you slow!
Homer: [stands up, yells] How dare you call me that! I -- huh?
[Lenny walks into empty kitchen wearing night cap]
Lenny: [opens fridge] Hey, Homer, you still here? Boy, you _are_ slow.
Brain: Something said...not good.
Lenny: Get the hell out of here!

Later, Homer is in the tree house trying to think how to persuade Marge to stay with him

Homer: All right, Brain, it's all up to you. If you don't think of what
it is, we'll lose Marge forever.
Brain: Eat the pudding eat the pudding eat the pudding eat the pudding *
eat the pudding eat the pudding eat the pudding eat the pudding *
Homer: OK. But then we gotta get to work. *
[pigs out] *

I like the old episodes when Conan O'Brien used to write for the show. I like the ones that focused on Homer for most of the time. One of my favorite episodes is when Homer tried to jump Springfield gorge on Bart's skateboard. He didn't make it and continued to fall again as the ambulance crashed into a tree and he rolled back out down the hill.

I agree with mctendo. The show started its decline after around 1995. Conan O'Brien was an awesome writer and he quit around that time. The monorail episode is by far the best imo.

South Park > Futurama > Family Guy > Simpsons now.

The new ones are alright, I just don't like the musicals as I prefer seeing a storyline continue to eventuate rather than seeing characters dancing around.

The Simpsons used to be untouchable but now they are running out of ideas, they try to be too funny and the punchlines are too long.

My favourite episode would probably be the one in New York. But watching the Poochie episode last night gave me a fair few laughs, even after the 47th viewing of that episode.
