Story The Super Duper Series [C2005]

Now I really wonder why this story hasn't even earned a nomination!

Well I'll put that thought to rest then. I've successfully worked out that the problem is that I hardly update this. This thread started in July this year, and I've completed a total of 80 overs. Have a glance at Briggsey's thread. It started in the same month and he seems to have finished about 80 matches.

Also, I'll see if I can get the next game going tonight, I just have had a small dillemma because I decided to get rid of all of the patches and see how the game looked with Burma's patch only. So I'll put on the patches worth putting back on (probably just the helmetless one), and because I don't want any problems with the bat pack because I worship and adore it so much, Glenn is going to have to go back to the old Sommers X Factor 61 bat.

Note: My computer stuffed up and I have lost everything including Cricket 2005. The following will be a lame excuse

LAST TWO GAMES WASHED OUT
TERRORISM SUSPECTED

The last two games of the Super Duper Series have both been washed out, leaving rumours that terrorism has once again affected the hugely popular series.

"We don't want to jump the gun or anything here, but we think that the rain was caused by terrorists threatening the weathermen with sharp implements, possibly even anthrax powder. It was probably work of Osama Bin Laden, but we have no evidence so we shouldn't come out with outlandish statements such as these." Police reported.

It is planned that the currently tied series will be decided with a game of bowling, possibly followed up by a round of golf, and maybe even a hit of tennis. This is yet to be confirmed, but it is almost certain that the sports will have nothing to do with cricket whatsoever.

That was bloody hilarious tassietiger. I had thought Osama Bin Laden was deader than Elvis, but this has changed my mind!
Funny stuff mate.

Tassie, thsi is without doubt the funniest story I have ever read! The first match where Kallis got out Kallis had me in stitches, top stuff!

No, never bored by people praising me. I am great, as the story suggests. Thanks for bumping the thread btw, I love seeing this thread up in lights, which is interesting, as I'm a pretty modest bloke.
