I normally say that if someone trains primaries for a whole season they'll get a pop in both primaries. When he turns 25 he'll be exp/exp imo, and he'll get to spec/out sometime while he's 26.

Well I put it into the player predictor (good academy) and he'll be exp/accomplished at 25, and then will be out/exp at 26 although a very low outstanding, and then out/out at 27. That is the end of this season on bowling, the next 2 seasons on bowling and then one more season bowling tech since even on bowling, he wouldn't pop again.

Skill summaries are basically just that - a summary of how good that person is in that area. That last guy just go bowling technique. He has safe hands and is getting on a bit so fielding wouldn't be the best move

First guy, I say batting until spec, then 2 power pops, then fielding then back onto power.

Second guy, go for a fielding pop and hope for a tech pop, then bowling/bowling tech until excep/excep, then another fielding pop or two, then I guess go to endurance/bowling.

Third guy, fielding 2 pops, power 2 pops, then back to bowling.
