What's the point of a back up? Really. It would make sense for me as Allardyce plays for the U19s and I don't play him in games I don't need to in order to preserve his fitness. But other than that, it's a waste really.

Surprised you're not keeping him as a backup Zorax, I would. Almost tempted to buy him.

He is a great player, but I'm going all-West Indian, so all of them need to go. I'll sell all of them slowly as I get backups, probably Finlayson last as I need a keeper (Abdeen as soon as he turns 18, so that I can get a lot for him as he can be bought and trained in the first week).

Speaking of which, if any of you see any good West Indian bats, please do let me know!

A backup bowler would allow me to rest Dodd (a trainee who usually plays on 'Fair' fitness) in easier matches and get his fitness a bit higher for important games.

Nope. I'm going for First-Nationality of West Indian. And these guys have been in my team for like 3 seasons max, so I don't think they are that close.
