Why would I care about power on a 16 year old?

It doesn't take long to train fielding so I don't mind. I'll go for one pop this season and one next season and the season after.

$117,069 senior team, $16,316 youth team, so $133,385 per week. That's only 5k more than last season. And I get 13k more sponsorship, and should get more gate taking income than last season too.

My only weak link is my all-rounder now. That guy up there will bat at 8, he looks like he'd be a decent bowling all-rounder. At 7 though I have two young guns who will play depending on the pitch type. One's accom/cap/accom, the other is cap/reli/reli, but with much better secondaries.

My match rating should increase a fair bit I reckon though.

You are doing a good job managing those wages Chewie. Guess promoting does help, I struggled to compete in div 4 and I had a pretty good side although secondaries were crap.

He is a lot better than your allrounders because he is 3-4 years older, in 3-4 seasons you can probably make your allrounders exp/exp or something close to that.

LF is the best fast bowling type in the game. His secondaries are pretty good for his age. You could get him to accom/accom/accom or even get the bowling to expert, and then raise the secondaries a bit by the time he's like 26/27

He's pretty cheap at the moment too

Yeah, you're right there, I hope I can get him below 60k or something. Will be a good addition to the team.
would work on his bowling first and he'll be good at no.7 for me. If only I would be able to get his bowling to expert by 27, he'd be great.
