Ok, so what is considered a good level for fielding and power?

Well I'm a new side and I'm getting all my fielders up to Average for the time being. But I'm thinking Capable is what you should be striving for.

For top sides, reasonable is the absolute minimum for fielding. Spinners can have any level of power, but reasonable is the minimum for other players.

The level of power you should strive for is relative to the player's primaries though. Accomp power on an outs/exp batsman is a lot more useful than accomp power on a wclas/spect batsman.

But yeah, try and get your whole squad to reasonable in the long term and don't feel afraid to train certain key players to capable and beyond.
