WWE Velocity

JM: Hello and welcome to another exciting edition of Velocity, I am Josh Matthews.

TG: And I am Todd Grisham. We are just over one week away from the Royal Rumble! 30 men enter, only 1 will remain standing! It is the most exciting and anticipated match of the year.

JM: Well we kick off this Velocity with Christian coming to the ring. He and Randy Orton fought to a bloody double count-out finish yesterday on Smackdown! and Christian has a match tonight!

TG: Those two have been at each others throats since Christian joined Smackdown! and I dont think its going to end here.

Christian: A couple of weeks ago Randy Orton cheated his way to the United States Title. My United States title. Orton, I am not a man who forgets. If the only way you can get your hands on the title against the Peeps champ is through cheating then maybe you don't deserve the belt. To me, the proper thing for you to do would be to come here and give me my belt back! Come on Orton!

JM: Orton on his way down to the ring now! This is a potentially explosive situation!

TG: I would not like to be in that ring with these 2 men, I'm telling you that for nothing.

Orton: Yes, I cheated. You know, I know, every person in the damn stadium knows. And I am the one with the belt. You want the title? Here have it!

TG: Floors Christian with the belt!

JM: Huge shot there, that belt made with solid metal and smashed straight into the face of Christian! And now he poses over Christian

TM: You can see the dirty smile on Orton's face, he wanted to do that!

Rating: 87%

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JM: We start our in-ring action now with a tag match set up between Carlito and Funaki and Joey Mercury and Gregory Helms. Because this is a tag match the winners will not recieve a Rumble place due to the limited places available, only 5 left.

TG: Be prepared for a quick athletic match with these men involved!

Carlito and Funaki vs Joey Mercury and Gregory Helms - Tag
Match:
Stiff high kick on Helms by Funaki who has evidently been watching some old AJPW tapes recently. Funaki hits a rolling kick on Helms. There's a two count on the pin. Gregory Helms elbows Funaki in the face to break a hammerlock. Gregory Helms strikes Funaki. Super frankensteiner on Funaki, who hit hard. Tag between Gregory Helms and Joey Mercury. Mercury uses a basement dropkick to the knee. Funaki pushes out of a Joey Mercury hold. Tag to Carlito. Funaki \ Carlito whip Mercury into the ropes and hit a double backdrop. He raises Helms up...but then falls backward, getting crushed by his opponent in the process! Gregory Helms is on top! 1....2....3! Looking at the replay, it appears that Helms had taken a chain out of his tights and wrapped it around his fist! Funaki must have been punched with that chain while in mid-powerbomb! What a cheap shot!
Winners: Gregory Helms and Joey Mercury
Aftermath:
Helms \ Mercury rush forward to attack! Funaki \ Carlito get caught by surprise and brutally beaten down to the canvas
Rating: 66%

JM: Victory for Helms and Mercury in a brutal match there.

TG: They look to be a strong team, no doubts about that!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JM: Well now we recap the current feud between Edge and Ric Flair.

TG: It has been one exciting feud so far!

JM: Yes and it all started back in GM Chez's first Smackdown! show. He announced these 2 men as the contenders for the World Heavyweight title.

TG: Edge not only disrespected Flair, but cheated to win the title he still holds.

JM: The next week we saw Flair's strength as he shrugged off a spear, but later he couldn't shrug off Umaga's interference in a match deciding the champion going into the rumble.

TG: Yes, Umaga getting all involved and the next week they failed to harm Flair's partner to face them, Sabu.

JM: Despite having his partner, Edge and Umaga still won, by cheating once again.

TG: This week's Smackdown! could be explosive and lead to this feud coming to a head at the Rumble!

Rating: 98%

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maria: Good evening all you stars and studs! I am with WWE Tag Team Champions, Styles and Daniels. Now, you guys attacked Brian Kendrick last week which I thought was really mean, why did you do it?

Styles: We are proving that we are the dominant Tag Team in WWE! We could beat anyone, any time, anywhere. And we will prove that.

Daniels: If anyone thinks they can beat us, they must be dlusional, because we will kick their asses!

Maria: And what do you think will happen between you two and London and Kendrick next?

Styles: This next week we are going to hand out the worst beating they will have ever faced, from our might.

JM: The intensity and drive is obvious in Styles and Daniels!

TG: They are 2 top wrestlers and you have got to be worried for London and Kendrick with these two lurking over them.

JM: They certainly have the ability to rise to the top of the WWE

Not much you both can do because you play it like WWE with entertaiment more than actual wrestling but if you would improve you could try adding a few more booking cards into the mix which would make it awsome :p
