two different cover drives and leg glances?

when taking cover drives or leg glances, there are two different strokes that the batsman takes in each situation.

i was wonderring if there is anyway to force a specific shot rather than it being random

Also, is there anyway to fix cpu bowling so they dont bowl more than half of their deliveries at york length and on the stumps?

Help would be greatly appreciated
