Sky Sports are broadcasting the semi-finals and the final of the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup, and I am glad. I enjoyed watching it in 2004.
England started very well against India, who won the toss and elected to bat first in a day/night match at the R Premadasa stadium in Khettarama, Colombo.
I was particularly impressed with Mark Nelson, who consistently bowled line and length to the opening batsmen, and he was very economical.
It's interesting to see that England have three spinners in their team. It's been a while since England produced a quality spin bowler, and hopefully one of that trio can shine.
At the time of posting India are 155-1, after 32 overs. Their batting has been very good, if not a little slow. One for the future is certainly Cheteshwar Pujarar, they should be proud of him.
