Who's the offending party then?
Usman Khawaja. Born in Pakistan.

Also the captain, Moises Henriques, born in Portugal.

And they have an Englishman, William Sheridan.

It's a scandal I tell you.

Good dam never knew our future all rounder was born overseas. Oh well hes Australian now!

And what do you know all the English are born in England.

Australia using a player in this tournament who wasn't born in Australia. I assume the Aussies who had a go at England for using players not born in England will also have a go at Australia for this.

I'll admit I have had a go at England for doing this, but I think I'll let it slide this time :p

Just chanced upon this thread! This is quite an interesting World Cup going on!

It seems India are the favorites! Wow man! At least they can be favorites to win a world cup in this format (U-19)....

Piyush definitely has the potential to be a famous top flight cricketer! He has to get the call anytime! Probably we can do with more genuine turners of the ball (no offence to our genius spinner Kumble who doesnt spin the ball a lot!)

These are the results of today:

Pakistan beat New Zealand by eight wickets
West Indies beat South Africa by seven wickets
India beat Sri Lanka by four wickets
Zimbabwe beat England by two wickets

Tomorrow's Super League quarter-finals.

Super League quarter-final 1 (Bangladesh v England)
Super League quarter-final 2 (India v West Indies)
Super League quarter-final 3 (Zimbabwe v Pakistan)
Super League quarter-final 4 (Australia v Sri Lanka)

Today's Results

Wow, India won a nail-biter by 2 runs!

Amazing!

But Sri Lanka were pretty bad in fieding, as cricinfo said.

Piyush had good figures again this time with only one wide! He seems pretty consistent.

West Indies will be hard to beat, but I think India will manage it. ;)

Don't you wish cricket was under 19 cricket with the even fields and Bangladesh and Zimbabwe beating test nations :)
Poor Kiwis aren't going so well.

The quarterfinals are already tomorrow. New Zealand didn't have much chance I would say, in a group with Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Australia crush Sri Lanka!! 9 wicket win!

hey aussie1st our man Moises nabbed 4/22 and scored 79 not out off 60 balls smashing 6 sixes!!!

he has to get an ING Cup game now surely

England beat Bangladesh by five wickets
