VB Series

Well the Windies lost to the Vics tonight in a One Dayer:

Tour Match: Victoria v West Indians
at The M.C.G.

West Indians: 201 All Out (47.5 Overs)
Victoria: 3/205 (32 Overs) (Elliott 87, Hussey 83*)

Result: Victoria won by 7 wickets

That's not too bad, the Vics are pretty much on song, at home, of course, whereas the Windies haven't played a one dayer since the Champions' Trophy.

What a knock from David Hussey, he has got to make the Aussie squad some day.

Yeah, David Hussey is one of the great players in our domestic competition, along side with his brother Mike Hussey:

David Hussey
First Class: 2411 runs @ 52.41
One Day: 1245 runs @ 42.93
Mike Hussey
First Class: 13556 runs @ 51.15
One Day: 5941 runs @ 45.00

The West Indies have got a history of losing tour games. Remember they lost to Ireland (who are a lot weaker than Victoria) in their lead up to the Natwest Trophy and still managed to reach the final.

The may have lost to Ireland, but that's an absolute thrashing from the hands of Victoria. We would have got a bonus point from it if it were the ING Cup

What the hell is going on even the australian county team's thrashing other countire's
Sorry but i wont back up a team that is touring australia from now on.
