Nice siggy! I like the bg. The text colour goes well with the bg. The render effects look really good. Maybe use a few dark C4Ds in.

Overall: 8.5/10

I like the idea of the wally, but it hasn't been implemented in really well. The background needs lots of work on it. Maybe use some brushes to make the background better. The positioning of the text is good but it needs to be coloured.

9/10 for the idea and 6/10 for the implemention.
