NZ FIRST INNINGS.

Well NZ have began their first innings in a positive manner, Both openers, Michael Papps and Lou Vincent have both looked good, that is both r positive in their approach leaving un-necessary balls outside off stump and hitting the ones that r there to be hit.

Here r the couple of 4's by vincent

Michael Papps who was more solid in the first hour too joined Vincent and played some fine shorts.

Lara had big problems with the wicket not falling and he didnt have Powell and Banks to turn too so he did have someone else that is Sarwan.

Sarwan operted with good control and bowled okay. But Vincent hitt a huge six of the Last ball before Lunch and NZ reach lunch 46-0

Well another very good session of cricket with both teams fighting it out and NZ have done well to reach 46-0

BOB WILLIS:

Well yes good start considering they just had 20 overs to play and bright innings by Vincent and good company by Paaps.

Well resuming their innings after lunch NZ posted their 50 runs opening stand and soon Collymore had paaps trapped in front. The decision was a debatable one though.

Fleming has joined Vincent at centre.

NEW ZEALNAD ON TOP AT TEA - VINCENT SCORES GORGEOUS 100

Well Nz have really made WI sweat it out and infact WI were really were on a leather hunt as both Fleming and in particular Vincent really made hay on a bright sunny day and also on a featherbed of a pitch for batting.

Joining Vincent, just after Lunch Fleming gave Vincent able support as NZ went to a strong position when bails were taken for tea.

WI bowling ( that is from me ) was a shock this afternoon with all the bowlers bowling not consistently a line and length, to their problem the pitch was a beauty too and there were some real good shots played as shown below. Vincet scored a impressive 50

Vincent was in perfect form this afternoon and really took on the bowlers with ease and scored plenty of runs of the short stuff dished to him.

Really the problem to me was I was bit excited in using the new exe by Sam and was carried away by the pace and bounce it generated and just tested the CPU with regular short stuff and got the treatment.

Hats off to Sam great work, really combining his work with tusi patch the match has looked as in real life

yeh i used sams new patch aswell for my match against south africa and west indes

its an excellent patch,

anyway hope west indes win this

try something different
try bowling round the wicket with fast bowler and unleash few lethal outswingers from middle and leg
or
try 7-2, 8-1, or even 9-0 field if u have to and bowl accordingly
block cpu's scoring options
well in the end my point is GET A WICKET or u r doomed

Well both batsman have looked at ease and also played some airy strokes as well, Lara has tried everone including Gayle and Sarwan.

But to be honest for the WI bowlers the pitch was a good one for batting and KIWIS batted superbly.

And soon Vincent reached his 100 of 122 balls with 14 hits to the fence and a hit right of the fence as well.
