Oh oh god save West Indies here again. That was a very good start thrown away by the Windies unless they make up for this lapse with the ball. Definitely not a good score for a normal wicket.

SA on top WI bowled out for 191


WI were bowled out for a partlry 191 here on the second session of the first day here in Antigua by a disciplined SA attack lead from the front by Pollock who took 3 wkts, Kallis took 2 and WI ran themselves out a couple of times.

WHinds top scored with 48, while others struggled against the quality of the SA seamers

Browne was trapped in front by Pollock.
Collins didnt last long either bowled by Kallis

Then the tailenders throw their wkts away trying to run for nothing

Bob Willis: Another pathetic display by the home side dont know what they were doing out in the middle i think still were thinking of the ODI against the Kiwis for too many poor shot played


Alan Donald: Well yeah good aggressive bowling by the SA to restrict them to a moderate total i would say.

SA off to a good start


SA opernes played steadily to put the visitors in a sound position leading to tea on day i here in Antigua

Both openers DeVilleirs and Smith have looked positive in their footwork and playing some fie shots.

Devilliers was more particularly superb and Smith struggled for timing.
