West Indies Tour of Australia Dec 2015 - Jan 2016

02-06 Dec vs Cricket Australia XI Allan Border Field, Brisbane
10-14 Dec First Test Blundstone Arena, Hobart
19-22 Dec vs TBC Simonds Stadium, Geelong
26-30 Dec Second Test Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne
03-07 Jan Third Test Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney

Two early dramatic predictions:

- West Indies to have a player strike before this series either causing a serious cancellation or even more of their high profile players to be absent

- Presuming series is played, Boxing day test could be shortest one in a long time

Will Klinger or Ferguson get a chance finally?

David Warner and Steve Smith must be licking their chops. :lol:D[DOUBLEPOST=1449266165][/DOUBLEPOST]David Warner and Steve Smith must be licking their chops. :lol:D

Further to this, farce has been layered on top of farce when, on Day Four of the game, Time Paine inexplicably walked out to bat for the Cricket Australia XI with only 13 runs required to win.

In a game which had hitherto been played according to first-class standards and regulations, Tim Paine was not in the playing XI. Instead, the CAXI was a young team, featuring many players making their first-class debuts against a full Test side. Many have bright futures in the professional game, while for others, this would likely be one of a handful of first-class appearances and definitely a story to tell the children / grandchildren / women in bars.

But, by sending out Tim Paine to fulfil a task that anyone in the eleven from Jordan Silk to Ryan Lees could reasonably have expected to fulfil, Cricket Australia stripped the legitimacy of the fixture away at the final moment, without any justification at all.

What is the point?

West Indies should be temporarily stripped off test status. Does their board or do their players even care about tests?

West Indies should just stop playing TEST CRICKET

But the Windies are going to beat Australia?
