Couldn't watch final day but well played Windies. 2nd highest run chase at Headingley marvellous effort. After being thrashed last test even more remarkable. Root was right to declare when he did, assume the bowlers weren't up to much ?

Well played West Indies. They surely gave their best. West Indies still has the good and talent stuff. They can beat any team anywhere. They just need good board structure and bonding with players.

Remarkable win by Windies. They certainly proved that we don't need a two test tier just yet and the fact that this Test finished in five days, while there is talk about four day Tests. Shai Hope is definitely one for the future. Very calm and composed guy at the crease. WI always springs surprises here and there, they just have to be consistent as a side. Hopefully, they can perform the same way at Lord's and win the series. Just bring Darren Bravo and make someone else the captain. I am not pleased at all with Holder's captaincy. He isn't very attacking, maybe with the inexpereience, and he under bowled Bishoo and didn't use him properly. Bowling and fielding has to improve.

Fail to how one test win is a strong enough argument for no tier system.

Dont get me wrong its one of the best matches we've seen in a while but there is still some developmental, financial and political issues plaguing the nations outside of the big three. WI case certainly is a special one though, they onviously have support from the big 3 fans and admins but if you look at SL or SA or NZ many holes need plugging.

Going into the third test who has the momentum going forward I just feel if the WI can get some breaks they may cause a surprise but are England able to bounce back.... I feel this last test will be fairly interesting and will be an important toss to win... ?
