West Indies tour of England (Aug-Sept 2017)

Wow 2 quick wickets and just like that West Indies are back in the game now, good review by West Indies to get rid of Alex Hales.

Hour later and back out of it again

Hang on

Applies Indian fan logic

Well this is windies to lose now. England only look like getting 400 which they should knock off within 30 overs :p

370 needed? If it's Gayle's day that's still less.

I've gut feeling he'll rule today.

Well you was right lol... too bad he got run out or else he was taking the game away from England, he deserve to get a century but was 8 runs short.

Loved Gayle's run out! :lol

Has there ever been a cricketer who's such a one trick pony?

Damn yes, that run out. :/

Two Test 300s point to exactly to that.

By your logic, Javed Miandad should still be playing for Pakistan.

Chris Gayle can bat.

Can he field? No.

Can he run? No.

His time is done. Even in the IPL he only manages runs against poor attacks. Less said about Chris Gayle the person, the better.

Gayle played a pretty damn good knock, his lazy running once more accounting for his wicket. Pollard and Narine need to come back.

Don't understand what Miandad has to do with it.
Gayle looks like a one-trick pony because of his fitness problems. Those problems probably derive from his participation in pretty much every T20 league, plus his lifestyle choices. You can criticise that, but you can't call him a one-trick pony based on his cricketing ability. And he's a good slip fielder.
