Bought Far Cry 3 and Assassin's Creed III a week ago, haven't touched them yet though as I'm about to go on holiday and have been busy with LA Noire.

LA Noire is an excellent game, exactly the sort of game I like, with great gameplay and a superb historical setting. I'm abou halfway and the missions seem repetitive though.

Just saw LA Noire on sale on steam, so picked it up on your recommendation.. blaming you if it sucks

Just had a 2 hour sesh with my friends...8 players zombie grief match. We split the team...on farm and we went to Round 17 I think...many zombies came. It was fun and zombies is so fun.

You'll enjoy it, one thing's for sure, you've never played a game like it before. It may look like an action game, it isn't at all though. It is a detective game. A fun one at that, reminds me of TV shows and films with it's incredible realism and production values.

I just started Far cry 3. I must say I am lost in wild beauty of this game. The best thing is the RPG element. Its exciting to upgrade your character in this game.

Do play Noir. Its a beautifully crafted experience. You will feel like a real cop. I especially loved the part where you have to measure people's expressions.

Just finished the Homicide Desk in LA Noire and I'm getting a bit bored of it, feels very repetitive. The Homicide Desk itself is intentionally just the same case five times. I didn't enjoy the Homicide Desk much, maybe it's because I didn't like my partner, but hopefully the cases become more varied as the game goes on.

It's getting really tough though, I'm actually getting more questions wrong than right now, back on the Traffic Desk you could just wait to see how they react after answering a question and it was an easy decision to make. Now you actually have to listen closely to their stories.

I've also got AC III and Far Cry 3, wondering which to play first haha...

Dead Island 2, eh? Cool - that's definitely on my radar. I've been playing Dead Island a lot; clumping zombies around the head with a paddle never gets old.

I really hope Dead Island 2 has a proper day/night/weather cycle though - I was amazed that an open world game of this type doesn't have that.
