I assume that all the Players that I for example draught in for my Dhaka Demons will be free agents as to not bugger up my existing players.

It does not matter, as every aspect will be scrutinized by Arjwiz before uploading the final team in CA. Many of the Top Creators skill sets are not correct..I have sent an excel sheet to @arjwiz with correct details about each player as per ESPNCrickInfo He will go through it and then upload the players with correct skill representation...After he upload the final Team, all managers can go through their player list and in case of any significant omissions/mistakes, kindly point out those to us (Me/Arjwiz), and we will rectify them. But as skills are a subjective matter, I have kept the decision about determining the skills of each player to arjwiz, as he has good knowledge about it, and we will have to go by teams created by him.

okk but everyone will have different oppions on each players skills thats why i used mrdconnors, west indies 2007 and razorblunts players as there not competiting in the tournament while arjwiz is but his thoughts are probably good anyway ..

But I beleive there were major issues with skills for less popular players from all the major creators like mrdconnors etc... Sometime a Fast Bowler was skilled as Medium Fast and sometime few Medium Bowlers are skilled as Fast..Those are very rare, but we cannot take chance, @arjwiz has already worked on each & every individual International Players, and we will strictly go by what is mentioned in ESPNCrickInfo website...

Still its better to have 01 Single Opinion than to have 10 different views. Moreover, once the 10 Teams are uploaded it will be easy to go by case to case basis in case there is any MAJOR discrepancies....I dont think there is any 100% perfect method...

Obviously he is just giving some final touches (where there is some major mistakes only), No one has time to create 130 Players from Scratch. So obviously the Players will be from mrdconnor or LlewelynF7 and only where there are any major mistakes it will be rectified, or else it is not been touched.

@bradthelad my players were uploaded to CA before the tournament began. I have used Llewelyn and mrdconnors players. However, those players were not skilled. These are also the players that you are using in the Ranji league. So I'm surprised that you, of all people, are saying this, because we had the exact same discussion during the Ranji League auctions. In fact, it was only due to these huge discrepancies that I began creating players myself.

I have not bothered adding my players to blockerdave's thread, but I probably should. Like I mentioned a month or two ago, I downloaded all Llewleyn, mrdconnors, chandrakif players and corrected skills of all international, all-time best, IPL, and Ranji players. I used cricinfo, my knowledge, and my dad's knowledge for guidance. Obviously these can be a bit biased, but I think they are the most accurate that you will find on CA.
