And which one of your gf will drive it?
Anything wrong with that? Not everyone is a macho like you Sid for using Pulsar 220 (worst bike imo, FZ x100 > Pulsar)
I hate those steroidically enhanced males. Why do women like them is also beyond me. They cant run, cant move a muscle and probably spend more time dressing up than women. :laugh
Guys should be like me. 14 packs.
And which one of your gf will drive it?
I am only 14 so no bike for 2 year atleast !Anything wrong with that? Not everyone is a macho like you Sid for using Pulsar 220 (worst bike imo, FZ x100 > Pulsar)
I am only 14 so no bike for 2 year atleast !
and this just shows your immaturity. i've been lifting weights for almost 2 years now.results ?? i've gained 7 kgs of muscle mass in 4 months;thats pretty big for an ectomorph. i know how to tone / develop each and every muscle in my body.
i've seen arnold like creatures in the gym who cant even do proper 50 pushups(forget dand) and even 10 pullups(and am not talking about "dead-hang" ones...thats just torture for them). they cant even run for 10 mins on the treadmill and avoid it in the fear of losing weight ! :sarcasm
and the worst part is it doesnt challenge the cardiovascular system at all.
most of the exercises are just sitting on your ass and lifting according to your convenience. and if you are lifting heavy, it puts enormous pressure on your central nervous system, painful DOMS etc.
sure, you'll get a bulked up figure and attract the ladies but do you know how much pressure your knees, ankles etc have to take !
when will people understand that size isnt everything !!! :doh
look at bruce lee. he was just 5'7, 135 pounds but was a martial arts dynamite. he can knock down Mr.Olympia's within 10 secs.
seriously, try 45 mins of even medium-level intensity bodyweight exercises
and you'll know how much you fatigue.
but it depends on an individuals goal. so, i cant be too judgmental.
if you love lifting weights and love mass....then good for you !
my goal is - 25 dead-hang pullups, 75 pushups, 50 dand,100 crunches and 3 mile run (in 20 mins).
hence, as you can see, lifting weights doesnt help me much !
Fatigue is a good thing.
You won't have knee/ankle/joint problems if you do the workouts correctly.
And no one wants to look like Arnold. I personally want a KP-esque type look.
Cardio and lifting weights are two separate things altogether. You are supposed to do both for optimal results. Running helps you lose fat but you'll lose muscle in the process, lifting weights gets you muscle, but sometimes reduces fat if you do certain workouts.
I do both anyways. Good luck with your goals!
What is license? :sarcasmThen a learning licence ?
Get a Arsenal or new Man Utd Jersey.Im excited.Planning to get a CSK and a Liverpool Jersey.
thats exactly my point. bodybuilding is mainly for the "Looks" ! there is hardly any functional use
of it in day-to-day life. you never perform any action which resembles say dumbbell curls and tricep extensions in real life.
i personally hate isolation exercises. although i support compound exercises to a certain extent like the bench press and the squat as multiple
muscles are involved at the same time.
you DO NOT lose muscle with cardio IF you eat right.
4 eggs for 45 mins of intense cardio nullifies the protein loss !
What are you getting this Diwali?
