Nice win. Took the wicket of the opener so I'm happy with that, and put on a good partnership at the end with Darko to get us up past 150.
Thought Martin Saggers' experience might come handy but damn! Why didn't you bowl yourself in the super over bvcs?
I know. But i will be backThat's a huge blow for the Cobras because he's one of the best openers in WCA ATM!
I know you do great at 4 in T20. I seen that in the past. BUt as soon as i put you to open, you bat like an old man.Yes, finally you come to your sense, time to own
Mossy, were you the one who negative repped me for saying that we would not be playing any matches until Tuesday when you wanted to on Saturday a few weeks ago.
Back to back wins for the Cobras and are back on track in this T20 format and not a great start for Viral Shah and his captaincy as he lost and also was run out for a golden duck. Hostile Hawks won the toss and had a bat first. The top order got starts but couldn''t go on but Aditya's quickfire 8 ball 23 and Mihir Doshi's and Raj Sharma's late partnership gave the Hawks a reasonable total. Hedger didn't score too slowly this time around, at about a run a ball while Mossy back in the side, scored 34 at a run a ball. It seemed like it was going to be very close but Jono's 28* off 10 balls to get them over the line with 5 balls to spare. Captain, Viral took 2 wickets and Mihir also took 2 but it wasn't enough in the end with Cobras recording a 4 wicket win. Jono took yet another Man Of The Match award for his 28* off 10 balls towards the end of the Cobra's innings as there were really no stand out performers. With the Dragons now falling further behind, it is going to be tough to make the finals in this format of the game while the Cobras take a 3 point lead over the Hawks. If the Hawks win tomorrow, they will take the lead by a point unless it's a super over win in which case it will be all tied back up at the top.
