I hope at least one of bangladesh or the windies upset the odds.

if bng don't beat sa then they can't really complain about going out. a scraped win against a single test side is nothing to brag about, but still the windies going in their place is equally rubbish if they lose to india. They've been pretty abject too, 3 losses against all the test sides and a win against bng doesn't really cut it for me.
