Kallis and Steyn in the ODI team?

Whats wrong with Kallis' inclusion ? 9609 runs at 44.69 with 16 hundreds is a bloody good record. Agree with the Steyn point though, he's woeful in ODi cricket, well he has been in his short ODi career thus far anyway.

I don't know, something is just wrong about Kallis lately - Lots of negative vibes and it feels as though his time is up. I know he's a great cricketer and all, but i'm not sure if he's as dominant (or even close to) as he was a few years ago.

Wow best team lol. Hmm I'm trying to imagine Sehwag and Hayden opening for a team together though. If both of them click, you'd be looking at 200 runs in like 15 overs.

Can't argue with that at all.

Flintoff is probably the weakest player in the team, and that just shows how damn good of an XI that is. I'd probably get Mendis in for Murali, though. Mulari hasn't been as dominant in ODI cricket for a while now. I'd probably get Zaheer in there somehow too.

Personally, I'd have to sacrifice Vettori for Mendis in Ben's team. M&M work best together, wouldn't want to disturb that. I would also drop Tendulkar for Sehwag though I do realize why he's put Sachin in there, it's one of two reasons though. First one, because he might think Indians on this forum will go on crazy on him : or he put him in because of his performance in the CB Series finals. Subs would be Graeme Smith, Gautam Gambhir and Michael Hussey. Other than that, I agree with with Ben completely.

I wouldnt go in for Mendis,I'll still keep Vettori,reason being the latter is an allrounder.
As far as dropping Tendulkar is concerned,yes,I'd drop him in favor of the guys that you have mentioned above.
