World ODI Team?

Pretty happy with that actually, was harder than first thought, Brendan Taylor has to open and keep wicket, he was good in the T20 World Cup so he gets a gig, then Ashraful slots into the middle order, I did try to get Tendulkar in as India's player, but it meant the bowling was weak, so stuck Ishant Sharma in instead and used Bangladesh's spot with Ashraful. I also wanted Vettori, but I thought a pace attack would be better, and although Ongondo's got an ODi average under 30 he's not really going to be as effective a seam bowler as Taylor or Sharma, so having Oram will be useful, then we've also got Kallis in the side if one of the other bowlers goes round the park.
Pleased with that.

But I think Kallis should bat at no. 3, Younus at no. 4, KP at no. 5 along with Ashraful at no. 6 as he can hit few shots in the end of the innings, if he can't Oram will be there to do the job.
Bowling attack is good, very good but I think Ongondo has the wicket taking ability but the bad thing is that he's usually very expensive.

Fourth, Kevin Pieterson who can make turnaround in any match
Sixth, As usual Sangakara , present time Best Wicketkeeper available and good capatanicy skill
Seventh,, Boom Boom Afridi With his helpful leg spin and slogging hitting
Eight , Johnson,Gul and Dale Styen Present Time Best Three Bowler
Ninth, Mutiah Murlidharan A Legendary Off Spiner What can i say more ......
And Last 12 th man who is not useless at any cost Mike Hussy Who can replace anybody in the match

2. In your list Vettori as a captain i think best solution available but you can think about Dhoni also Because He did great job as a captain :sarcasm
3. Malinga also great as a bowler in your list and best alternative to Dale styen but i personally not like slingers action bowler like malinga , akhtar because in my view they are getting huge benefit from their so called action.
4. Yuvraj singh Best consistent batsman at present in Odi and can kill any bowling anytime with his destructive sixes .. same with dhoni but he has to improve his keeping skills more

1. Major Drawback in your list choosing flintoff as he is totally unfit and overrated so i dont think he has right to place in the list but still he is good player not best
2. Ross Taylor is good also but not best as its my personal view
3. why you are not chossing umar gul , becaue as far i know between both

McCullum is a Slogging Daemon and one of most stylish batsman but not successful enough
