WWA releases 2, PPV changes, live notes, more

WWA has officially released Ili Reland, and Alex Culum after their match at the Anarchy last night, WWA has asked both to spend some time in the indi scene before they would be given another chance with the company. Ili Reland this morning signed an open deal with PWG, and UWF he will be working their next few shows, whereas Culum has been in talks with the new CZW promotion and may end up on a CZW development deal.

Newblood Rising is expected to see some big changes as WWA looks to pull off some big surprises, the Ultimate X Match may turn into a match where they hang contract for future title shots, these contracts will see the person that wins them able to cash them in at any time during the next 12 months. the idea is to have contracts on each side of the X, and one in the middle, the one in the middle though will be replaced by another, each person that grabs the contract will be eliminated from the match. There is expected to be a major announcement on the match at the PPV.

Last night saw Scott Sandars awarded the CZW World Heavyweight Title, he is being advertised as the first World Champion on the new CZW shows when they are finalise their roster, currently Scott Sandars, Curt Hawkins and Zach Ryder are there in CZW, there will be more details realised on CZW soon.

Speaking of Sanadars there is expected to be a title defence on Revolution, no word officially has been made but WWA has been looking to work closely wirth CZW so it might be someone that could end up signng with CZW in the near future and not someone from WWA.

Dave Andrews and Freezerburn was added to the Newblood Rising PPv, as well as Blake Blackheart being added to the Fatal fourway for the WWA United states title match , rumours say that Kaos will be added there as well as A Wray no word as yet to confirm this yet.

[FONT=Palatino Linotype, serif]Abyss has been missing from WWA TV, and rings for weeks now the reason is for those who were unaware is he was suspended and sent to rehab after he was annoinced to have a drug problem. Abyss 34 was going to be a featured star of WWA , and then he was suspended and sent to rehab it seems his future is very uncertain, at least witin WWA. WWA has not made any decisions on his future and have not even discussed the using of Abyss once he is deemed 'clean'[/FONT]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype, serif]Abyss became the first WWA star to have been suspended and sent to rehab under the new WWA drug policy that was brought in after the WWA's firt PPV, and then less then a month later the test from Abyss came back positive and he was given his first strike.[/FONT]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype, serif]The rumours of Dave Harding going to CZW have been gaining some momentum as Dave Harding was at the recent CZW House Show Harding even worked the card as there was a travel issue and Nathan Saunders was unabe to work his featured match against Raven Talon at the Hammerstein Ballroom, WWA currently has a stroyline alluding to Harding leaving WWA to join CZW, Harding has been hinting to a heel change for awhile now and WWA and CZW may team up to have that happen with Hardug turning on WWA to join the CZW stable of stars, this would in theory see Harding and Sandars the two main stars on the roster as CZW are looking to make a name for themselves. CZW are going to go into business with a brand new roster a lt of no names and a few names that are not yet well known, it is expected their first TV show will be in July.[/FONT]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype, serif]TNA founder Jeff Jarrett was backstage at WWA this week with dad Jerry Jarrett who is the head booker of WWA's developmental promotion EWR. Jarrett spent time there before Alchemy and left before the first match of the show he did catch the dark matches and was later seen in the crowd.[/FONT]

Former WWA Tag Team Champions sign new deals

WWA.com has announced that recently released Tag Team Genocide (Hawkins and Ryder) have indeed signed with WWA, they were released a few weeks ago after the pair were getting into trouble backstage.

They have decided to work GWC for a few weeks under the training coach there Ricky Cage who works he GWC promotion as well as trains young stars. GWC is owned by Dave Harding and usually has some known faces and a bunch of unknowns working there.

WWA Superstars of Wrestling Tour Event, at Olympiahalle, Munich Germany

World Wrestling All-Stars presents the Superstars of Wrestling tour of Germany, WWA brings the best wrestling from around the world to the home of sinister gothic music. The tour will see the new wrestlers on the block participate in a tour of Germany, and they will be joined by WWA's development talent in a round trip of the country before heading to Italy, Spain, and then back to the United States.

This show will be coming to you from Olympiahalle, Munich Germany and the card for the event is as follows.

Breaking News: Cena signs WWA contract?

In a move that will shock many it seems that WWA has indeed signed John Cena, Cena was seen in Los Angeles recently and WWA HQ was set up there recently. Cena is out of contract with the WWE and has not yet signed a new contract, and has been on the WWA radar for weeks now.

WWA wants to have another big name on the WWA roster, WWA had supposedly enquired to Bill Goldberg, and Brock Lesnar, but nothing became of these talks. WWE is expecting an exodus of stars with Jeff Hardy, and Shawn Michaels liekly to leave the company. It comes as a warning sign to the WWE if Cena does infact follow these guy out of the company.

WWA signs new Tag Team Source - PWInsider.com

WWA has signed Raven and Phoenix Sandoval commonly known in Florida as "The Birds of Sandoval" the Tag Team are going to report straight to WWA's development territory, and will be working there for the next few months. Phoenix Sandoval has worked 3 dark matches for WWA, having faced Rocco Malone, and Dean DraVen, his last dark match was against Jack Angel, a masked persona of Dave Harding who works WWA dark matches every now and then for WWA. This pair has also worked in Harding's own wrestling company against Ryder and Hawkins as well. WWA are hoping to see them promoted very soon.

WWA plans guest host deal...
LOS ANGELES, Cali., October 7, 2009 World Wrestling All-Stars are planning to have a guest host for their Saturday Night Show starting very soon. WWA has looked to gain more interaction by the fans, and offer them the chance to win their own night of booking a WWA Wrestling Show.

WWA will still hold the right to pick the out comes of matches, and title matches will be allowed, WWA is looking to bring in the hosts and offer prizes for the person tht has the highest rating.
