Jadeja should not be near team India. We need 4 genuine bowlers with 6 batsman and a keeper. 2 will be fast bowlers and 2 will be spinners. One will be Harby for sure and other one should be Ojha.
Ojha is much better bowler than Jadeja who only has darts. Harbhajan is enough for playing darts. If he plays he will be batting below Harbhajan and you do not need Jadeja in last 5 overs of either run chase or first innings.
He is hopeless as batsman and making runs against Zims is surely making him Tendulkar. :sarcasm
Oh, yes, of course. I totally said he's Tendulkar. :sarcasm If you're going to speak absolute nonsense, don't bother arguing. Not to mention, Jadeja bats at 7, and Tendulkar opens.
And, Jadeja can't hit the big shots? 3 fours and 2 sixes yesterday, or something like that, when most of our batsman couldn't even get singles against spinners that were choking them. One six was 92m and the other about 87m, which would've been sixes on any ground. When he's set, he can hit the ball. He's young, and he's averaging over 40 in ODIs batting at number 6/7, and he's bowling with an economy rate of 4.8 in ODIs, while picking up wickets regularly. It could've been a better knock had he got more strike at the end there, but that couldn't he helped. And if it wasn't for Jadeja, India wouldn't have made even a respectable total. Of course, he's not the best finisher in the world, but he's like 20, and he's only going to mature into a better cricketer. He has a strike rate of 81, which is on the lower side, surely. But, if that's an argument, Rohit Sharma has a strike rate of 75 through 40 matches! And an average of 31! Yet, people seem to jump on Jadeja's case. And, yes, he's making runs against Zimbabwe, but he's played against bigger nations too - unlike Rohit, who has just put 2 100s against Zimbabwe to majorly boost his average.
There are more people who should have question marks over their places in the team than Jadeja.
