I managed to fluke a half decent Gilchrist...

Thats a really great first try. A couple of things : his nostrils are much wider.

And his face though small isn't that bony around the cheeks..

Also there should be lot of wrinkles on the outer sides of his eyes.

U get those correct and it would be really spot on.

That looks pretty close to Sanjay Manjrekar.

Hint: for now just change the name to Sanjay Manjrekar and you are good to go
