Wow. I was rather thinking of All Stars' league but your concept is more cool I feel, and already appreciated by some members given that thanks count on your post. 1 million is coming your way, mate. Many thanks for this idea.

Okay, I've honestly looked into it... And I think it's gonna take me forever if I start to make a list of uncapped players from every damn country, or to be more convenient even if I stick to top 10 ICC nations that will too take hell of a time. So you guys either co-operate: do your own research and pick uncapped players of your choice and we've a league as suggested by @Sinister One OR I shall turn to basic things: current era, few simple rules for squad and a players' list.

if you set some kind parameter for selecting players like 'you can pick a players who played 10 or less or none international matches and keeping league size small, than may be it is possible...

what about u25 kind of league...

Have you considered running a country-based domestic league?

OK. Why not your just select a pool of players around 70 to 80 from any nation and we will pick players by draft and will have mix squads!

I really don't know how to put this... The concept initially seemed great and it still is, but it's complex too. Team managers may just lose their way after finding about 5-6 good players if a proper list of available players is absent. It won't be a healthy situation then. But making one such list for the given criteria is going to be a hectic job for me. I'm not really highly endowed person with knowledge about cricket, hence it will take a lot of time and I might just lose interest at some point.

Rather I've realized it'll be smooth and comfortable to run a domestic league in current time with rules easy to follow, albeit not great fun.

Just tell me what kind of players you want included i.e capped/uncapped/u23/u19/associate etc and I'll get started on it first thing tomorrow. Shouldn't take me more than an hour to finish at the most.

This is amazing! Thanks for willing to help me here. I'd like a list of uncapped players - players born in and after 1978 (retired players included), plus players born before 1978 but actively playing international or domestic cricket. Also a small list of players who've featured in less than 20 international games (Test/ODI) and an even smaller list of players who've featured in less than 50 international games (Test/ODI). It would be huge help.

Please note that league will consist minimum of 6 teams requiring at least 15 players from above mentioned categories for each side. I shall decide whether it'd be proper to fit in 2 more teams based on quantity of players' names you provide.

Have you decided the team names? It should not include any city but country. Why not include teams like India U23, India U 19, India Domestic etc. Like this? And same for other countries.
