Group C - Canada, England, Kenya, New Zealand

Good to hear that some players thought it OK to go for a jolly up soon after losing to NZ. Took the defeat to heart then... http://content-uk.cricinfo.com/wc2007/content/current/story/285771.html EDIT: sorry beaten to it ;)

    Morrissey/The Smiths

Depends on whose and whose ;) 'This Charming Man' - their best by a mile for me  Evidently, the BBC were trying to get him to write a song for this years Eurovision Song Contest! 'Girlfriend in a Coma' and 'Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now' should go down well with the Lithuanians.

Top Gear's back! [Vote on the best Stig line ever]

Only just spotted this thread...glad I did :) . Top Gear is one of my favourite programs, and now, what with Top Gear at 8, 24 at 9 and Lost at 10 my Sunday evening is complete  . As for the quotes on Stig, they're all hilarious. Very funny :D

    Commonwealth Bank Series

Hehehe...I'm sure Ponting would say exactly the same thing eh?

    Commonwealth Bank Series

Well I gave England some stick earlier in the series (deservedly so in my opinion), but they now deserve all the praise going for their last 4 performances. To beat the Aussies 3 games on the trot is a terrific achievement...a vast improvement in all aspects of their game. Well done Freddie and...

    Englands new coach?

I've been a huge fan of Fletcher; he along with Nasser and then Vaughan have turned round our Test team from the joke of the 90's that our one day team have now become. However, after witnessing this winter's debacle, I think it's time for a change - someone with some fresh ideas. Maybe Fletch...

    Commonwealth Bank Series

Pathetic England, just a totally inept batting performance. The top order just pushing/prodding around is a joke - as Beefy says, the top 3 or 4 have to take more responsibility in getting the innings off to a good start, not just leaving it all for Flintoff to do. Strauss is forever trying to...

    Rooney Out The World Cup!?

Not only is it bad news for England, but for the World Cup as a whole. Surely, whichever team you want to win, you want to see the best players in the world playing. I'd be absolutely gutted if the likes of Ronaldinho, Messi, Riquelme, Henry etc got injured and missed the tournament. On...

Vinays WCC Gameplay patch v1 released

Nope, not tiresome at all vinu, just something that's got to be done if you want decent batting and bowling. A bowling patch would be great pal :)

Vinays WCC Gameplay patch v1 released

Yep, if you've got the time a bowling patch would be great. I'm the opposite to you - I never autoplay :) .

Vinays WCC Gameplay patch v1 released

Vinuatlast, just started a Test with your files and I think the cpu needs to be more aggressive when batting. Wasim Jaffer is yet to get off the mark after an hour's play  , and has only played about 3 non-defensive strokes. Cpu going along at under a run an over - hoping they'll improve...

    England in India

:D . Well played India. For me the turning point of the match was Pathan's knock of 50 - got them out of a difficult spot and gave their innings much needed impetus.

    Australia in South Africa

Wonderful match, absolutely fantastic, and fair play to both sides. Spare a thought for Mick Lewis though  .
