PS I really hope the weather doesnt wreck the last day
Imagine Tendulkar, but 90% of the time he gets out for next to nothing.
The other 10%, oh my ... poetry in motion, beauty and power and concentration.
Where I'm from, over at Banglacricket.com, we call him Eid, because Eid happens once a year.
Eid happened when we scored 400 batting...
Declaration at last. 415 to get, 10 wickets to get in roughly 4 sessions minus fog and bad light.

Because he thinks he needs more than 400 in the bank to be sure of beating the Tigers ?
Smell that ? Thats respect.
It might backfire too, if the fog and so on are bad tomorrow

I'd like to congratulate the curator for the great job he's done on the pitch.
There's been bounce for the quicks, turn for the spinners, and if you bat well, there's runs in the pitch.

Let me get this straight - you are saying India are flat-track bullies who can bat well on a pitch that offers nothing to the bowlers ?
Geez, talk about damning with faint praise.

Sohum,
As far as the Indian first innings goes, I thought the bowling was as good as it realistically gets, but I'm not happy with the fielding - dropping Sachin twice was the difference between India getting what they got and getting them for less than 200.
My respect for a team also depends...
Sohum,
What makes good u-19 players into good test players is lots and lots of first class cricket.
Note how there's none of that on this tour, and that it might *possibly* have been useful to have a first-class game or two to get used to games than run more than 50 overs.
As well as...
You mistake me - it's not that I cant take it. It's just that I give it back, which riles up some of the poor dears that barrack for the Indian cricket team.
Yup. I've been following Sharapova for a while. That was his best bowling ever, and he was really, really upset - genuinely fired up...
