Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

Yes, definitely. Still, I suppose you could say that it is specific to each person. Look at games like DmC; some people enjoy the incredibly difficult button combinations and the reward they get for pulling them off. It's just that personally, I think the game itself should be challenging...

Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

I don't know why it is necessary for the control scheme to be 'technical' or challenging in any way. That seems wholly counter-intuitive and frustrating. It should be the game itself that is challenging. Case in point; if you crank up the difficulty on 2k14 to HoF or even super-star/all-star...

I didn't manage to capture it, but I have had one delivery knock off peg out of the ground from an outside edge onto my stumps.

I actually sifted through about 1.5 hours of footage to find the individual deliveries that I edged. They aren't consecutive deliveries. *VIDEO EDITING MAGIC STRIKES AGAIN*

Ironically, this is my favourite thing that has happened yet in my playthrough of the nets. If this isn't encouraging, I don't know what is:

My highest is 21. That's on legend; I deliberately haven't played any other difficulty.

Don Bradman Cricket Academy V 1.00 Beta is available (Updated 28/03)

I have been playing on Legend Difficulty without any of the batting aids/hud elements on and I have to say, this just feels so... right. It is so intuitive and real, right down to the echoing of bat on ball around the gym when you dab the 50th consecutive Blocker-esque front foot defensive shot...

You realise that the return ashes series is in Australia and not India right? Our pitches don't crumble nearly as much as our batting lineup, you know.

Interactive Replay "Sneak Peek"- Don Bradman Cricket 14

Don't think anyone has actually asked about the replay system. So, seeing as that's what this is supposed to show, will there be an option to export or save replays within the game/externally? Not that it really bothers me, seeing as you can just screencap it if need be.

As well as adding Ireland's competition in, I have uploaded the spreadsheet to google docs as a public document. This means that we can edit the cells whenever we complete or add another competition. Of course, I will take it down if JasXI doesn't want it to be up there. This is the link to...

I have been doing the current Sky commentary team for a little while; here's my modern day Beefy seeing as we are on the topic. Pretty difficult as none of the hairstyles really fit.
