The ICC have just announce the fixtures for the teams;

England
India
South Africa
Sri Lanka
West Indies​

Are all in group A, Group B is almost taken for that the top three will go through, but Zimbabwe and Bangladesh might cause an upset!

Australia
Pakistan
NZ
Bangladesh
Zimbabwe​

The First match from Group A will be;

England Vs. India

The first match from Group B will be;

Australia Vs. New Zealand

The full fixtures will be announced once the ICC have worked out why they have only 10 games in each group instead of 18

England Vs. India​

Hello, and welcome to the first game in the 20/20 World cup, i cant wait, so lets not waste no time, lets check the weather and teams!

(Gamer, as im controlling England i didnt have control over the Indian team )​

England have a decent line up, Panesar and Blackwell will be the main bowlers who will try to stop India hitting out, while Harmison and young Broad go out and just simply try to scare Indian batsmen with pure pace. With the pitch being green, i think that Broad might be able to get the ball doing somthing, but when it comes to the spinners, i think Panesar in particular can find a bit of drift. Lets go and watch the first over from Harmison!

Terrible over, 24 runs from it, 2 HUGE sixes and the rest is history, best start India could have thought for.

Harmison started badly, getting hit for a huge six first ball!
