BCCI President Roger Binny will oversee Ahmedabad and Chennai, whereas secretary Jay Shah will oversee Delhi and Dharamsala

In a first, the BCCI Prez himself will be overseeing affairs of Ahmedabad and Chennai- note these 2 cities are polar opposites and further from Binny's hometown. Most of the other committee members seems to be traversing the length and breadth of the country with the exception of the Supreme Leader Kim Jong Shah, who has gotten Delhi and Dharamsala for himself- logistically appropriate
