Kumble has been the consistent fastest spinner, for over a decade. Afridi is indeed fast, sometimes.

He always gets the indian middle lower order that what is important for the team he is in

If any bowler who will bowl 80 over in an innings will get 10 wicket per innings... thats what kumble has done over the years
