2nd Match: Pakistan v West Indies (Group A)

Pakistan have one of their annual tournament collapses

I like the look of Umar Akmal, hes already proving to be consistent so he could be the answer to these collapses. Misbah has looked good in the warm ups but how he'll go when it counts is another question.

I like the look of Umar Akmal's stats :laugh I actually haven't seen him bat yet tbh. But he's done very well coming into the Pakistan team, look's a real talent.

That's all I'm going off :p Hes performed in the warm up matches as well just a question of will he be in the full strength side when Khan comes back.

Windies are batting first, there's no Kemar Roach though. Fletcher is going to have to fire if the Windies are too have any chance here. If he faces 80+ balls the West Indies should make a decent score.

Good catch to get rid of Richards, he hit that pretty hard.

Man this Aamer lad is going to be class. Ridiculously good for 17!

Backing Devon Smith to get a few, until the spinners come on anyway. He is one of the worst players of spin I've ever seen. Always looks very decent against pace though.

Injuries will kill him I reckon. Apparently he's already been close to having stress-fractures in his back, not a good sign for a 17 year old.

WOW!!! I think ICC should have repaced West Indies with Bangladesh! They are far better.

Sorry akash even bermuda are better then current west indies team.14-3 5.2 overs.:doh

But I have a feeling they will recover from these quick wickets. They have David Bernard, Darren Sammy, Chadwick Wilton still to come.

Meh, this game is basically over. I just hope the West Indies don't embarrass themselves. They should of played Kieran Powell, the kid's all class.

From Cricinfo:

A Windies Fan says: "Disappointed there is no Kieran Powell for the West Indies. He made an impact at the U19 World Cup. Parnell,Umar Akmal and Kohli, Southee, Phil Hughes have all shown from that tournament there is talent
