Well done England. over 400 in the last innings is a good effort mind you. Australia lost the game in their first innings. People will probably look at Flintoff as the hero or whatever, but Anderson's impact in the first innings can't be ignored. Even if he was average in the second.

Well played England. Must say Ponting is starting to build up a record of first. First captain to lose to England at Lords since the 1930s to go with the Ashes series loss in 05 and a number of others.

At least he didn't lose with Bradman in his team...

Rudi Koertzen for man of the match... he was easily englands best player... lol but seriously there was some pretty poor decisions... yet at the same time england batted alot better and really won the game on the first day with that opening partnership. but still gotta so looking at the stats, flintoff would get man of the match
