Day 1 - First Session

First Session Proves Hard Work For Battling Engish

The sun was shining, the Aussies where chanting and the Barmy Army had already got their big bellies out when Steve Harmison sent down the first delivery...A dot ball, the only good thing that happened to England in the Opening Session.

The First Session went to Australia as they went on there way to posting a good first innings total, with Hayden and Langer sticking together for a hundred partnership, without loss. Flintoff tried every bowler, but himself strangely, and was unable to get a breakthrough on this hard Gabba wicket.

Hmm, it seems that the Ashes are a bit old for Cricket Stories, not much interest in a series that has featured about a million stories.

So what should I do? I want to do something really different, like an Asian Test series.

Maybe West Indies in New Zealand or something? Wattya guys reckon about that?
