Funny how the commentators aren't mentioning Johnson's seam position any more. Looked pretty dam good that last ball when it jagged back in. I guess they only mention something when they are falling apart.

I reckon the pressure he is building setup that wicket for Johnson. And so far Ponting's bowling changes have been spot on. Not having Johnson and Siddle bowling together is a good start.

Totally agree. I might of been too early on the Clark look's bad call. He's bowling very nicely.

This is exactly why I like Alastair Cook though. He's not pretty, he's got serious technical flaws but he still scrapes runs and scores them consistently. He's got abit of bottle about him, definitely a future England captain. Certainly offers far more to this side than Bopara or Bell, who look pretty, but never make runs when we need them. Oh how we're missing KP.

You're forgetting the key piece of information though mate. He's English They're not going to praise the Aussies are they, most of the com box hadn't heard of Mitchell Johnson before he arrived in England.
