I don't have much to say because I haven't been here for long. If anything I think the eligibility rules should change. There should be a T20I number for T20s, OD number for ODs and Test number for FC games. One format shouldn't effect the other. Was strange that I couldn't have one of my batsmen play a T20 because they had played too many Tests but never played a T20I before.

It should. I would be pissed off to see Tendulkar playing T20s.
But if I agree to your idea, I would increase the National Duty players so that a team cannot have all of international players in its squad even though it is an 'A' team.
And I would decrease the limit for matches to be played.
