Do I play aggressive ground shots by pressing L2 and R2 simultaneously? And what's the difference if I use digital triggers instead of analogs, except the power variation?

Sorry if this has been answered before, I can't really go back and read all of it.

How exactly do I change the foot placement (i.e. front and back) using the left analog? Is it moving it up and down respectively?
