OK guys, I'll aim to have this finalised tomorrow morning (aus time). I'd like to do a round a day if we can, but we don't live in an ideal world after all. If we can't get the 'one round per day' idea to happen, we can always just do the traditional method of picking - when you get around to it We'd just do a simple order 1-2-3-4-5-6 then 6-5-4-3-2-1 the following round. We can randomise where you come in the order every 2 rounds or if you really like a certain slot you can probably have it - unless someone else wants it...

Give or take a couple hours sounds good. I can be on everyday at a certain time but it's late at night (around 10pm NZ time). Maybe try out having people pick whenever they can, but make sure it doesn't get to the point where it becomes 1 week between picks.

^Yeah having 6-7 people pick in a regimented fashion is going to be difficult to achieve, but I thought I might as well aim high to start with . So I think we'll go with the traditional system of picking when you're ready, not at a certain time of day. As long as we get it flowing nicely and that will happen if everyone gets organised and pays attention to when it's their turn. As you said, not a week between picks - we'll have a 24 hour limit, maybe less if we all agree.

I would definitely participate with the old 24 hour rule (tbh, if you can't make 1 pick in 24 hours, you really shouldn't put your name in the bag).
